2nd trip to Disney World next year, I have a 8 & 5 year who both does not have any swimming skills however next year we will be going to the water park, what park will be best for them. Also can you give me some places to eat that my kids will like

    Renee:

I would recommend looking at Blizzard Beach over Typhoon Lagoon. You'll find its Melt-Away Bay much tamer than Typhoon Lagoon's wave pool. In fact, I'm nearly 5' 6", and I still find the waves sweep me off my feet more times than not at TL. Blizzard Beach's zero-entry "beach," inner tubes, and "waves" provide fun for all ages and swim abilities. Another plus is BB's Ski Patrol Training Camp that provides obstacles and other fun stations that can get your child acclimated to the pool.

When asked, my children prefer 'Ohana because they love the all-you-can-eat skewers of grilled chicken, steak and pork that are brought around to the tables. Chef Mickey's breakfast buffet full of every sweet, pastry, and sugary cereal is another favorite of theirs. Our family enjoys the value of the big desserts at The Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom. If your children are animal lovers, consider T-Rex or Rainforest Cafe. The animals come to life, but the real scoop is the food, especially at T-Rex, is delicious and more economical than other locations on property.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
