On my trip to Disney World in April am planning to go to The First Time in Forever:Frozen Sing-Along Celebration in Disney World Magic Kingdom. I am planning to go and I added it to my plan, but do I HAVE to reserve it with my FastPass+ to ensure I get in?

Hello, Garret! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let's visit with those royal sisters of Arendelle today!

Frozen fever has taken over my family, too, Garret. We've sung at the top of our lungs to all the tunes at The First Time in Forever: A Frozen Singalong Celebration at Disney's Hollywood Studios twice now, and both times it's been a blizzard-y blast. Along with those memorable songs for the kids, there are some great inside jokes that parents will appreciate as well. And Queen Elsa has some wintry tricks up her sleeve for the grand finale. But I don't want to give it all away!

Both times we attended this show, we used FastPass+ selections for it. There is a stand-by queue available across the courtyard from the theater, and it looked pretty long by the time the doors opened and the FastPass+ line was through. It isn't necessary, but to be absolutely sure you can experience this show, and to avoid waiting in a long stand-by queue, I'd suggest choosing it as one of your FastPass+ selections.

I hope this helps you in your planning, Garret. Have a wonderful vacation, and tell Anna and Elsa we said hello!

    Have a magical day,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
