This is my 12th trip to disney, but this time we're going with my 4 yr. old daughter and 20 mo. old son. Since this is the first with children, what are the must sees for them? Also, does anyone know where I can rent a legitimate timeshare in the DVC?

    Hi Lisa,

I did not have that many adult only trips to Disney under my belt when I went with my daughters who were almost exactly that age on their first trip.

For planning our first trip with the girls, we ordered the Disney Planning Video, and we watched it with them so they could see where we were going. They did not have any requests but it could spark some interest for your four year old.

I would think some definitely highlights are Fantasyland and Mickey's Toontown in Magic Kingdom, Playhouse Disney in Hollywood Studios, Kidcots and Nemo in EPCOT and the Boneyard in Animal Kingdom.

Remember you will not necessarily cover as much ground with a stroller as without ,and I am fairly confident you will be back so enjoy your children's experience. You may want a shorter stay now on the monorail at a Deluxe resort versus a longer trip at a Moderate or Value resort where you will always be on bus.

Unfortunately, I am a DVC member so I do not know where to go to rent a timeshare so I am sorry I could not answer that question.

    Have a great trip!
