Our 1st trip to Disney is booked with deluxe dining. I am taking my 3 yr old son & mother-in-law Sept 2-8-08. Have booked Chef M, Crystal Palace, MBYBBQ & MNSSHP. Any dining suggestions, that might appeal more to adults, but be kid friendly?

I can think of a few Sarah.  For something casual, you might consider dinner at 'Ohana.  My family thoroughly enjoys our experience there every time.  The meal is served family-style and while your kids may not be up for everything on the menu, the adults will likely find it both satisfying and tasty.  The servers there have always brought out mac'n'cheese or chicken fingers for the little ones in our party who aren't all that adventurous when it comes to food.  They also do lots of games in the dining room to help occupy the kids.

Le Cellier and Tutto Italia come to mind as well.  When I take my kids to a restaurant I prefer it to be sort of a loud environment so that if my toddler should have an outburst it won't be all that noticeable.  Both of the Epcot restaurants I named fit that bill.  The food at each of them is delicious though.

As for signature dining locations, I would recommend the Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios.  It is a larger place that tends to be a bit noisy (at least both times that I visited).  They also have outdoor dining available which I always appreciate when dining with my kids.  The more casual the environment, the better!  Menu items cater more to the upscale diner, but they do have a children's menu.

Those are just a few that spring to mind.  Don't worry too much about it though.  You'll likely see children dining in just about every restaurant you visit, with the exception of Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian where children are not permitted.  Have fun!
