I have a trip coming up in August for my daughter’s bday. This trip is a gift through an organization. Is there a way that a friend can come with us if they pay their own way and how would we hook it up to our trip? With our activities and all w/o having #

Hello, Betsy! It makes me so happy to hEAR that your daughter will get to celebrate her birthday at The Most Magical Place on Earth this yEAR! Make sure to stop by Guest Relations on your way into the Parks to pick up a Happy Birthday button for her. Mickey is also celebrating a milestone birthday this yEAR, too, so plan a time to meet him in his party attire at Town Square Theater!

There are so many heartwarming stories of charitable organizations who bring a little hope and joy to a child's life through a trip to Walt Disney World. I would suggest reaching out to the organization and explaining your situation. Oftentimes, organizations such as the Make-a-Wish Foundation will have a travel agency that they contract with, who perhaps could assist you. In order to plan your FastPass+ selections together with your friend, you'll need to set up a My Disney Experience Account. Once you establish your account, you can add your friend to your Family & Friends list, as long as they have a valid theme park ticket in their name.

Betsy, you'll be visiting at the perfect time of yEAR to enjoy two of my favorite events at Walt Disney World Resort- the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I sincerely hope your daughter has a magical birthday, and feel free to reach out if you need any more assistance with your trip.

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
