    Tried to order the "Mickey's Welcome" for our arrival next week. The agent stated that they will not decorate the room for the day of our arrival but will do it for our first full day there. I want it when we get there. Can this be done? Disapp

    Hi Kathy - sorry you are disappointed.  In my experience, what the agent stated is correct - they decorate the rooms after you check in.  I think this is just in case there are any last minute room changes made.

    It's still a huge surprise - especially after a long, tiring day in the parks!
