    I tried to make my fastpass+ selections and got all the way to the end and it said my daughter wasn't eligible. Why?

    Hi, Gwendolyn!

    There are so many variables with My Disney Experience, I cannot be sure what the problem was with your FastPass+ selections.  Here are a few ideas:

    -If your daughter is under the age of 3, she will not need a park ticket or a FastPass.  She can just tag along with you.  While her name is on the reservation, there is no need to schedule her for FastPasses.
    -If your daughter is age 3 or older, make sure she has valid park admission linked to her My Disney Experience.

    Hopefully, this will help. If not, give a call to (407)939-4357 to see if they can offer assistance to get your FastPass+ selections fixed.  You can also have the Cast Members at your resort sync all your times, but I know I like to have all my problems resolved ahead of time so I my family and I can get right to the magic.
