We're travelling to WDW w/ our daughter and her grandparents. We want to experience the Disney Junior Dance Party, but are worried that grandparents will not get to share in the fun since they cannot sit on the floor. Is there limited seating for them?

Zuka Zama, Sarah, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's get our dancing shoes on and get ready to boogie with our Disney Junior pals!

The Disney Junior Dance Party is one of the newest things to do at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and it's just perfect for little fans of Disney Junior's great shows. Doc McStuffins, Timon, Vampirina, and the Leader of the Club himself, Mickey Mouse, zoom in for a rocking good time for kids of all ages.

I haven't seen this show yet, Sarah, but I really can't wait to take my son soon! We did see the previous show in this theater several times, so I know the layout of the room. When the doors open, little Mouseketeers and their parents find a spot on the floor to sit and wait for the show. Then, as the music starts and our friends come out to join the party, everyone will jump up and dance their little hearts out! There are a few bench seats on the back wall for grownup Guests who can't quite sit on the floor, so hopefully your daughter's grandparents will be able to use them. It would probably help you to enter the theater a little early since you need special accommodation, so I'd either use a FastPass+ selection for this attraction or hop in the stand-by line early to try to be one of the first in.

Also, do speak to the Cast Members at the entrance prior to the show and let them know the grands may need a little extra assistance. They'll be happy to help in any way they can.

Sarah, I hope this helps your family avoid the batties and enjoy this rollicking show! Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
