We are travelling back to Disney in October 2018 as a family of 3; hubby, 8yo son and myself. I am trying to book one of the special dessert parties but can't find any available. Am I trying to book too soon?

    Hi Carolyn!

Attending a dessert party at the Walt Disney World Resort is a fabulous way to end a magical day in the parks!  There are so many different dessert parties from which you can choose, so I am sure you will find one that will be absolutely perfect for your family.  The Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase is at the top of my to-do list.  Not only do you get to enjoy scrumptious treats while watching spectacular fireworks at Epcot, but you also get a special opportunity to ride Frozen Ever After!

Dates and times for dessert parties are normally released about 90 days in advance, so it is a little early for October.  That being said, this estimate is subject to change, so make sure you keep checking back!  Sometimes, dates are released early, so you want to be ready to choose your perfect time when they do become available!

Also, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for exciting announcements about new experiences coming to the Walt Disney World Resort, and check out some of the other incredible experiences in the Enchanting Extras Collection that can add a little more pixie-dusted magic to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
