    Hello! We are travelling up in August and staying off site. I would like to buy magic bands for us to wear, but I heard some have special lights/sounds that go with them. Is there a way to know which ones will do this? Thanks!”

    A Walt Disney World Resort vacation and MagicBands go together like Mickey and Minnie--perfectly! You and your party will love the ease and convenience of having "the world" on your wrist.

    There are MagicBands that trigger enchanting special surprises at certain entry and FastPass+ touch points. These enhancements are only available with special limited-edition MagicBands. There have been several of these MagicBands released over the years during special events such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and many more. They have also been released for holidays (Valentine's Day and Easter,) attraction anniversaries and even movie releases. When purchased online at DisneyStore.com or in stores they will say "Limited Edition" in the description or on the box.
