We will be traveling with our 2&1/2 yr old and our 7month old. When we take the Disney transportation to and from places, is it ok for our kids to ride on our lap? Or do they need car seats?

Hi Laurie!  You will be allowed to have your kids on your laps for all Disney transportation including busses, boats, monorail, and even the Disney Magical Express.  Florida law permits commercial transportation vehicles to have children not in child restraints so this includes a taxi if you are needing one. However, many taxis will carry car seats and booster seats in their trunks so please ask or request one when calling for a cab.  It is not the best scenario for our children's safety but you will not be violating any laws.
