    Jolina from NJ Asked

traveling with a 2 year old, was planning on taking the car seat with me .. can they be rented instead?

    Hiya Jolina!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Our children's safety while on vacation was always a top concern.  Please keep in mind when using complementary Resort Transportation at Walt Disney World Resort, that car seats are not permitted.  This includes Disney's Magical Express.

If you are renting a car, many car rental companies also offer car seat rentals as well.  We did opt to use this service once, but didn't like the condition or quality of the seat.  It was not expired, it just wasn't our seat from home that we were all used to.

We found great success transporting our own car seats in car seat bags (we used the cushioned ones from JL Childress--there are lots of brands available).  We knew our kids were safe and secure in their own seats, and yes, there were times we traveled with 3 car seats, a double stroller and three little ones!

    Have a magical vacation!
