I am traveling w/three families, 7 adult/5 child, all have the DDP. When making ADR, can one person make reservations for the entire group, or should each family make their own, even if we plan to dine together? I'm the designated travel coordinator :)

    Hi Erin!

Wow!  Everyone is so lucky to have you in charge!  If you haven't already done so, I would call 1-407-W-DISNEY and have them link all of your reservations together.  If at least one of the children in your group is over the age of three, then your group will be considered a Grand Gathering.  This will give you even more dining options and opportunities!

I would HIGHLY recommend making the call yourself or going online and booking everyone's dining arrangements at one time.  As the designated "travel coordinator" you can make everything soooo easy for everyone!  You can also note if any allergies or special needs are required - even request high chairs.  On behalf of your entire group, thanks!
