We are traveling to WDW in spring of 2012. Our party will include anywhere from 5 to 7 people. We are trying to decide to stay in a villa or just get two rooms that adjoin. Also, if we stay in a villa, do we really need a meal plan since there is a kitchen

    Hi Anissa,

There are many options when booking for a group of 5 or more. While there are advantages to both options, I think if I was traveling with five guests, I might head to All Star Music Family Suites. Here up to six guests can stay in one room. There is a kitchenette as well as two bathrooms which is great.

Over five, I might stay in a two bedroom. This would allow separate sleeping areas as well as nice gathering space to plan your touring as well as recap the days events. Plus there is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer which always is a nice feature.

As for adding the dining plan to a vacation with a full kitchen, the choice is how you want to spend your vacation. My friend Dannee loves to cook on vacation because she does not get to do it at home. I personally like a break from cooking. However, we will eat breakfast in the room and some dinners just to take a break from dining out. This is one of the great features of staying at a villa.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
