I will be traveling to WDW in March for the UCA International Cheer-leading championships. I booked a package including park hoppers and a WDW resort stay through UCA. Can I purchase a dining plan for my family?

    Hey Nancy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Thank you for bringing us your question. You must be so excited! Your Walt Disney World sports vacation is only a month away!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but according to Disney Guest Services dining plans are exclusive to the Magic Your Way packages. Therefore, you will not be able to purchase the dining plan as part of your Walt Disney World stay for the UCA/UDA International All-Star Championships. However, you are still more than welcome to make Advanced Dining Reservations at any Walt Disney World restaurant.

When you get to ESPN Wide World of Sports I highly recommend taking advantage of the Welcome Center located near the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill. The fabulous cast members at the Welcome Center are experts are waving their magic wands to get you and your team dining reservations guaranteed to please everyone.

If you are looking for a low-key evening after a long day of competition consider having a pizza delivered directly to your resort room.

I hope this helps your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical Disney sports vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
