We are traveling to WDW June 18-25 with 14 people. We only have 1/2 day planned for Hollywood Studios. Other than the Pixar and Start Tours rides, the rest of our must-see list are shows. Is there a way to get show times in advance so we can better plan?

    Hi Casey,

Sounds like you are planning a lot of fun for a lot of people!

You can find the performance times for Beauty & the Beast - Live on Stage on the online calendar for Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS) - click here. Select June 2011 from the drop down list next to the View Month tab. Then click on a specific day for parade & fireworks schedules.

Disney doesn't list the times for other shows on their online calendar. However, there is an unofficial website that usually posts entertainment schedules for the parks about a week in advance - www.wdwent.com .

This site typically updates the schedules on Saturdays so be sure to check the website the Saturday before your trip. Although its unofficial, I've found the information to be pretty accurate and very helpful in my planning.

When you arrive at DHS, be sure to pick up a Times Guide to confirm the times on the day of your visit as schedules are always subject to change without notice. Times Guides are available at the entrance of the park, Guest Relations & most merchandise locations.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
