Hello, We are traveling to WDW Jan 25-30 and would like to ask if another parent would be willing to share their experience using one of the contracted in-room sitting services. Thank you

    Hi Kim,

I used in-room babysitting for my two boys during a trip last August and had a wonderful experience with Kid's Nite Out.  I had a well-trained, lovely woman come to my resort room with several arts and crafts and books to keep my children happy and occupied.  She and I went over my expectations regarding bed time, dinner, etc., exchanged contact information, and I went on to enjoy a fabulous romantic meal at one of Disney's signature restaurants.  When I came back, my kids were sound asleep, and reported having a great time the next morning.  The sitter took my children (with my permission) to the arcade at the Polynesian, where I was staying, and to dinner at the resort.

You can arrange for in-room babysitting  through one of the independent companies Disney contracts with, including Fairy Godmothers (407-277-3724), or Kid's Nite Out (kidsniteout.com, or 407-828-0920).

    Have a wonderful vacation!
