Hi I am going to traveling to WDW in april 2010 with my twin girls age 6. I need some character dining suggestions that are reasonably priced and a good variety. Girls especially like princesses of course!! Thanks:)

Hi Kim - My daughter is 5, so I understand that age well!  My daughter loves almost every character dining experience at Walt Disney World, but she definitely has some favorites.

For princess dining, I recommend Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.  While Cinderella's Royal Table tends to be the most popular, Akershus is a better value for the money.  In addition, it's easier to get reservations there.  I prefer breakfast, but you can also have lunch or dinner.

If your daughters like the story of Cinderella (beyond just the character), the dinner at 1900 Park Fare is lots of fun.  It features Cinderella, Prince Charming, the evil stepmother, and the stepsisters, and all of the characters really get into the story.  My kids were both fascinated!

Although it's not a princess meal, my kids also really love dinner at the Garden Grill.  The restaurant is located at the Land Pavilion at Epcot, and rotates slowly around over the course of your meal.  The food is excellent and fresh (some grown right there in the Land Pavilion) and served family-style.  Chip n Dale, as well as Mickey and Pluto, host the dinner.

    Have a great vacation!
