We are traveling with 3 girls(6,9,11)boy(14) and have a treehouse villa at SS.Thinking of switching to a two bedroom. We have a vehicle to get to the mb for,but want a reasonable walk to the mpool, downtown disney and disneyquest.Should I switch villas?

    Hi Kristi,

My family has stayed in the Treehouse Villas once and absolutely loved it.  You will have three bedrooms: one that has bunk beds and the other has a queen sized bed.  The unit is amazing and so lovely.  I would recommend keeping this reservation and requesting a villa near the front of the complex- around Units 7033 to 7037.  This is close enough to walk to the Carriage House at the Springs to avoid transferring to the Treehouse Villas bus.  This is where we stayed, and the walk was around 10-15 minutes.  The shortest bus stop is to the Grandstand which is a quarter of a mile.   The Treehouse Villas are closer to the West Side of Downtown Disney (where Disney Quest is) and you can either walk it along the river which is around 3/4 of a mile or take the boat from the Treehouse Villas.  The boat dock is by Unit 7020.   I know it is difficult to obtain a Treehouse Villa reservation and would highly recommend that you keep it.  Having stayed at both a two bedroom villa multiple times at Saratoga Springs and the Treehouse Villas, my family would choose to stay in the Treehouses every time even with a slightly longer walk.  You will have so much more space than in a two bedroom villa which you and your kids will love.  Thank you for the question and let me know if I can help you further.  Welcome Home, Kristi!
