We are traveling to Tortola; a few of us experience sea sickness. Have you been on the Tortola by Land and Sea port excursion? How large is the vessel and would this excursion be a good choice? If not, which boat based excursions use large/sturdy boats?

    Ahoy, Sarah!
It is such a pleasure to assist you again here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Tortola by Land and Sea excursion does give you a glimpse of the coastal beauty of this Caribbean island along with the highlights of this beautiful area on land. My husband struggles with seasickness and has found that as long as he takes precautions such as wearing a prescription patch, he does just fine on sea-based excursions like this one no matter what size boat is used. You won't be able to predict what the seas will be like the day you are in Tortola so that may factor in to your decision. If the waters are calm, your crew may not have any issues with the motion. If you are hesitant at all, I suggest checking out the Island Drive and Fusion Break with Lunch or the Island Drive and Beach Break. Both of these Port Adventures will offer a taste of the sights and sounds of this Caribbean paradise and time to soak in some vitamin "sea" on a pristine beach with gorgeous views.
I know selecting Port Adventures can be stressful, but once you've made your decision, Disney Cruise Line will do the rest. You'll be able to sit back and relax!
Thank you for continuing to use the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah! We can't wait for you to experience your magical voyage in December aboard Disney Cruise Line. Please keep us posted if you have any further questions.
    Have a wonderful day!
