Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Susan! It's so exciting that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up this week!

Be Our Guest Restaurant is definitely a favorite among guests right now. I mean, who wouldn't want to eat in The Grand Ballroom at the Beast's enchanted castle? Breakfast and lunch are considered to be Quick-Service meals, while dinner is a signature Table-Service experience with a prix fixe menu. Because this restaurant is so popular, reservations are highly recommended for any meal that you'd like to enjoy there. Now, that doesn't mean that you can't be lucky enough to score a last minute reservation for your family! Because guests can make an advanced dining reservation 180 days in advance of their check-in date, that leaves around six months for them to change their minds and decide they'd like to eat somewhere else. You can always check the My Disney Experience app for an open reservation, but in your specific case, I'd approach the check-in podium at the bridge in front of Be Our Guest Restaurant around the time your son is getting hungry, or a little before if you can plan it like that. The Cast Members can let you know if there are any free reservations that you could wait for, but it's always smart to have a back up plan! A delicious Quick-Service restaurant, Pinocchio Village Haus, is just around the corner, but if you're looking for Table-Service, I often have really good luck getting a last minute reservation at Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen.

    Have a magical day, Susan!

I'm a personal stylist and I live in Texas with my husband and our two rescue animals. We are Disney-obsessed and love enjoying all the magic that's out there especially for grown-ups. In fact, we even opted-out of a tropical honeymoon to spend a blissful week at Walt Disney World instead! I'm thrilled to be on the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I'm excited to share everything I've learned from all of our trips and help you plan a memorable family vacation.  Learn More About Jessica
