Traveling soon with a one year old and we will be eating in the parks. Do quick serve and/or table service offer bibs for little ones?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Haley!

Having a meal with little ones seems to get a lot messier when dining out, right? That was especially true for my family while traveling with my oldest daughter when she was an infant and toddler. We had the impression she wanted to show the whole restaurant that she had mastered the art of food throwing and face smearing!

I have personally never seen dining locations at the Walt Disney World Resort offer bibs for little Guests, so I recommend bringing disposable ones with you. They are a great option for minimizing damage to the baby’s clothes and can be simply thrown away after use.

There were other helpful items that I enjoyed bringing with me while dining out, such as disposable place mats for that stage where my princess was eating with her fingers, baby/toddler utensils in a travel case (restaurants only offer standard silverware and plastic utensils), and safety straps that we hooked around sippy cups and attached to her stroller and high chair. They were great to prevent cups from falling to the restaurant floor or ground. Baby wipes and hand sanitizer are still a must and she is already 9-years-old.

Moms Panel tip: if you find yourself in need of baby items and even extra clothes, stop by the Baby Care Centers located at all four theme parks. They are also the perfect places to go for a diaper change, to nurse and feed your child, and to take a quick break.

Thank you for sending another question our way, Haley! I hope this helps you plan a magical visit with your mouseketeer.

    See ya real soon!
