We are traveling to Orlando with my wife and kids they are 2 girls 2years and 4 month old, we want to visit Magic Kingdom, do we need to buy tickets for my girls? Or they go in for free and just parents pay for tickets. Thanks

¡Hola Juan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're so glad you're here, and I'd be happy to help with your vacation planning.

How exciting that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during your travels this month! You will have a wonderful time with your two little princesses. There is nothing like experiencing the magic of the Disney Parks through the eyes of your children. My husband and I have been bringing our two little ones since they were babies, and have enjoyed traveling with them at all ages.

The best part of vacationing to Walt Disney World with the youngest Mouseketeers, is that you do not need to purchase theme park admission for them.  Children under 3 years old do not need their own tickets to enter any Walt Disney World theme park, nor will they be charged for any all-you-care-to-enjoy dining experiences. This means that if your family plans to enjoy a character meal such as the one with Winnie the Pooh and friends at the Crystal Palace (my favorite!) you will need to include your daughters on the reservation, but they will not be charged to eat from your plate.

Before your trip, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the location and services of the Baby Care Center in the Magic Kingdom Park. Adjacent to Casey's Corner restaurant and First Aid, the Baby Care Center is a fantastic resource for parents of young children. Once you visit the diaper changing stations here, you may never want to use a public restroom again! In addition, you will find an area reserved for nursing mothers, a small kitchen containing microwaves and high chairs, a seating area for other family members, and items for sale you might have forgotten to bring with you (think formula, baby food, diapers, and over-the-counter medication). My family has found these areas to be so valuable when traveling with little ones.

I hope that helps with your planning needs, Juan. I wish you and your family a safe and memorable trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    ¡Buen viaje!
