Traveling in November 2014 with free dining plan. We cannot find Table Service reservations at Magic Kingdom for lunch or dinner during our stay. Can we use a TS credit for a Quick Service meal? Don't want to waste credits because of lack of availability.

Hi, Amy! There is only one exchange that can be made on any of the Disney Dining Plans, and you have found it! The only 'trading" that is allowed is that Guests may redeem one Table-service entitlement for one Quick-service meal. The opposite is NOT true. Using a Table-service credit for a Quick-service meal is not the best financial choice because the Table-service credits are worth more, but it is a good option for those not wanting to be tied down to Advance Dining Reservations everyday or who cannot get Table-service meals reserved. This exchange can be made as many times as necessary during your trip. Simply tell the Cast Member taking your order that you would like to redeem Table-service entitlements for the Quick-Service meals you are ordering. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
