Hi, we will be traveling in Nov (2 adults, 8 yo, 1 yo), is that good weather/time to travel or will we be expecting long lines and a big crowd? Can we take turns with our 8 yo on rides? Thank you!

    Hi Erica!
    Greetings from a fellow Californian!
A November trip to the Happiest Place on Earth sounds like a Magical time!
Depending on the time of the month you arrive, you may be able to enjoy plenty of Holiday Cheer at the Disneyland Resort!
I say this because the first week of November is usually a transition period for the Parks. The Halloween Festivities last through October 31 and the Holiday transformation takes place thereafter.
As a matter of fact, going to the Parks in early November may prove to be the most beneficial in terms of crowd sizes and attraction wait times. People tend to take a break from visiting after the Halloween Festivities and return once the Holiday decorations are up (usually by mid-November).
Nevertheless, keep in mind that there's the FASTPASS service available to avoid long lines. Plus, the Disneyland Resort recently launched the MaxPass Service, which allows guests to reserve FASTPASSES from the Disneyland Mobile App on their cell phones!
In terms of the weather, I would simply describe November weather as mild (think 70 degrees). It's true that sometimes around that time of year, we get a cold front or a rain shower surprise from Mother Nature but for the most part, Southern California is sunny with blue skies year-round!
    I hope this helps.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
