Traveling with mother in law, husband, 6 yr old, 2 yr old and 4 month old. Will the restaurants consider the infant a guest even though she won't be dining on any of their food? I know parties of 6 are automatically charged with 20% gratuity.

    Hi Anne,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are looking forward to your visit to the Disney Parks.

The rule of thumb is that gratuity is added to the bill when there are 6 paying guests in the party; however, it is ultimately the manager's discretion. I highly recommend, upon being seated, speaking with your server about that specific restaurant's and manager's policy.

I hope this helps and that you all have a magical time. Please write back if you have any other questions planning your pixie-dusted vacation.
