I am traveling with a 2 1/2 month old. This is my first time in WDW with an infant. I'm a little nervous. I will be bringing by own stroller and car seat. We will be staying at Pop Century. Any advice? Can I go on rides with my infant like small world. etc

Don't be nervous! My daughter was even younger than that when she went on her first Disney vacation, and it was a breeze. You couldn't possibly find a more family-friendly vacation destination!

Your little one is welcome to go on rides with you! I took my daughter on everything that didn't have a minimum height requirement. Of course she slept through almost all of it, but she did ride!

And because your young baby will be sleeping a good bit, I do suggest that you purchase a stroller fan for the trip. Cute Mickey Mouse themed ones are available in the parks, or you could buy one at home. These battery powered fans have large clips that attach to your stroller, and flexible necks so you can adjust the angle of the breeze. (Rechargeable batteries that you can charge overnight in your hotel room are also a good thing!) My daughter spent a large portion of that trip asleep in her stroller and this fan was wonderful.

Also, be sure to pack a change (or two!) of clothes in your park bag each day, along with a large ziploc bag for wet or dirty clothes. Accidents happen!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
