i will be traveling mid September with an 11 yr old who has been to Disneyland (both parks) 5 times. I noticed Disney world is very similar, which parks do you suggest we visit if we are using a 3 day non park hopper pass?

Hello Cathy! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Your Disney vacation is just around the corner. How exciting!
Glad to hear your family had lots of fun in Disneyland, and now are heading to sunny Florida. You will see how big and amazing is the Walt Disney World Resort. Four theme parks, two water parks and the charm of Disney Springs. The happiest place on Earth!
Magic Kingdom Park is in my opinion the heart of WDW. My favorite theme park! You will find there some similarity with Disneyland, but it is absolutely worth it the visit. I am sure it will be a very special day. There are many great attractions, shows, parades and restaurants.
Epcot would be another good option for an 11-year-old kid. There are special attractions at the Future World, and the beautiful World Showcase, where you can find 11 pavilions representing different countries. A great opportunity to interact with international cast members, try different food and learn about other cultures.
For your third day, I would suggest Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, for a special day surrounded by nature and animals. Shows are beautiful, you can’t miss Festival of the Lion King, one of my family’s favorite.
I am sure you will have an unforgettable vacation at WDW. Memories that will last forever.
Hope this helps your planning. Please, come back to visit us again if you have additional questions.
    Have a magical day!
