traveling with our kids and the in-laws, if we make our dinner reservations at the smae time what are the chances of us getting seated neer/next to each other? were going to be 8 in total so i know it cant all be 1 reservation......

    Hi Danielle!

You can actually make reservations for a party of eight, (the dining reservation tool will actually let you request up to a party of 14) BUT with a party that large, there is always a chance that you might be split.  We were a party of 7 last trip (including an infant) and we were warned that we might not be seated together, but that never happened.

If you make 2 separate reservations, one with 6 and the other with 2 (for example), you're guaranteeing that you'll be split because the reservations won't be linked together.  You can ask upon check-in at the restaurant if they'll be able to accommodate you, but it won't be guaranteed, and could dramatically increase your wait time.

Good luck and have a magical vacation!
