    Jacque Asked

We are traveling with kids ages 3 and 5 and deciding between early Feb (10-14) and early march (2-9). I lean towards March in the hopes it is warmer but they both seem cold. Also things seem closed in Feb and fewer hours. What are your thoughts?

No worries Jacque! Unlike most dilemmas in life, deciding which month to visit Walt Disney World has only good choices.

February will be less crowded with an upswing in crowds for Valentine's Day. While the weather is pleasant in February, March is one of the best months temperature wise to visit central Florida. The pools at WDW are heated to 80 degrees so you can even swim. You will encounter college students who have early spring breaks, but perhaps a family with preschoolers will be on a different schedule than students. Since March is a more popular time, the parks will have longer hours. February, being less popular, has better resort room rates.

Pick which criteria is most important for you -price, crowds, weather, hours- and choose your dates. Remember either time will result in a magical vacation for your family!
