I am traveling with my husband and two kids (6 &3). If we want to use FP+ for Splash mountain do I get FP+ for just my husband and 6 year old and then get a rider swap for myself? Or do I also have to have a FP+ for the ride?

    Hi Michelle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Splash Mountain! You have a brave little one! It is an awesome ride! If you are using FastPass+ for Splash Mountain, then yes, you would need to have it for you as well. In order for you to get a Rider Swap pass, the Cast Member needs to see one adult make the line, then the adult watching the little one will get a Rider Swap pass. If the first adult goes through the FastPass Entrance, the Cast Member will assume that the second adult has a FastPass as well and thus a Rider Swap Pass is not needed. This has been my experience, however they have been gracious enough to allow my kids to ride a second time with me although they have exhausted their FastPasses.

It has been a pleasure assisting you and we hope to hear again from you soon! If I can assist with any other questions, please feel free to send them my way!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
