I will be traveling with my hubby, 3 year old and 9 month-old. We will be using the magical express bus from the airport. Is my daughter safe to sit on my lap or should I bring my carseat. Also, will there be enough room for backpack carrier on rides?

    Hi Amber!

The Magical Express motorcoaches are not equipped to handle car seats.  You will be able to stow the car seat under the vehicle, however.   You can read the official Magical Express policy on their FAQ page by clicking the link.

As for wearing your baby on attractions, you won't be able to use a backpack-style carrier because you won't be able to sit back safely.  I have taken both of my children to Walt Disney World as infants, and wearing them was a lifesaver.  I used both a ring sling and a wrap-style carrier.  Both were super easy to use both on the attractions and for on-the-go feedings.

I was able to keep them in the carrier on many of the attractions without lap restraints such as it's a small world and Pirates of the Caribbean.  There will be certain attractions where you will be asked to remove the child from the carrier.  Sometimes it depends on the Cast Member working the attraction at the time as well.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling to Walt Disney World with an infant and preschooler.  I can definitely relate!

    Have a magical day,
