We will be traveling with my grandmother. I want to go ahead and book our ADR. I am worried that she will tire out and not make it to dinner some nights. Would it be better to make the ADR incl. her then be 1 short, or to make them without her and add 1?

Hi, Angel! You should definitely make your Advance Dining Reservations including your grandmother. While you can always explain that one of your party was unable to make it to the meal, the restaurant is not always able to accommodate adding another member to your reserved number.  Have a Magical vacation!
