Hi: I am traveling with my Godson (7) on Disney wonder, we leave from Puerto Rico and only visit Cast away and depature at Port Canaveral. Beside the minir authorization form Do I need any notarize documents?

Welcome aboard, Jennifer! What a special Godmother you are to take your sweet Godson on a Disney Cruise Line adventure! The two of you are in for so many magical memories together!

Did you know that the Disney Wonder just underwent an exciting transformation? There are all new venues, activities, and brand new restaurants onboard to experience! I loved exploring all of the new fun onboard the Wonder last month, so I know you're in for a real treat when you sail!

I'm glad you know about the Minor Authorization Form which is required for all children traveling without their parent or legal guardian. Be sure you have that all ready when you arrive at port. Besides that, you'll want to be sure you bring the proper travel documents. Please check out the specific details for your sailing on the Passports and Travel Documents page of Disney Cruise Line's website. Scroll down to the section titled "Caribbean - One Way Itineraries" since your cruise is not round trip from the same port, but departs from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and returns to Port Canaveral. If you are at all unsure of any of the information there, please call the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 for clarification based on your citizenship and the requirements particular to your situation.

I hope that points you in the right direction for any additional documentation you may need for this cruise, Jennifer! Have so much fun with your Godson!
