hello! I will be traveling with my family next month! I already have a fast pass to the Safari at 11am I was wondering how long is it? I was also able to get a fast pass for the Na`vi river at 12;00pm. will I make it? I have no idea about the distances

    Hi Anthony!

This is a great planning question. Usually the length of an attraction doesn't matter that much as FastPass+ Reservations are unable to be scheduled within 60 minutes of each other. Another plus is that each attraction has a 60 minute experience window from the initial time of your FastPass+ reservation time. You could enter the attraction queue line right at 11:00 A.M. on the dot, or you could stroll over at 11:22 A.M. You could even lounge a bit and enjoy the moment of whatever you were doing just before that scheduled attraction and enter the queue at 11:59 A.M. if you so choose. However, you'd be riding the 11:00 A.M. attraction during your 60 minute entrance window of your next scheduled attraction, which would cause your party to rush from one activity to the next, and I'd hate for you to have do that.

The Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney's Animal Kingdom takes anywhere from 35 to 50 minutes from the time you enter the queue until the time you pick up your stroller afterward, depending on what happens during your journey around the Harambe Wildlife Reserve. The animals are free roaming, and I've had everything from an ostrich just stand in front of our safari vehicle to a whole herd of giraffes play in our driving path. I'm normally a fan of entering attraction queues later into their reservation windows, but because your two attraction times are so close and the length of the first experience, I would recommend to be in the Kilimanjaro Safari line no later than 11:15 A.M.

Pro Tip: Pandora - The World of Avatar is close to Africa. You can get to Pandora via a wooden bridge to the left of where The Festival of the Lion King takes place, but this bridge is really bumpy for strollers. So it might be best to walk back around the Tree of Life and hook a right at Pizzafari.

We'll See You Real Soon, Anthony!
