Hi! I am traveling with my family of 5 (kids 7, 4 and 2) . It is our first time and we are very excited. My older daughter has an immaturity in the right frontal lobe of the brain and has trouble controlling frustration. Is she a candidate for DAS?

    Hi Julia!

Congratulations on your very first Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I am so excited for you!

The Disney Parks Disability Access Service (DAS) card allows guests with disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort to receive return times for attractions based on the current wait time. The disability can be apparent or non-apparent, just be sure to visit Guest Relations so that they can assist your daughter with her specific needs. To help you with your planning, DAS can also be used in addition to Disney FastPass+, which is a plus.

If you happen to have additional disability questions, I recommend contacting Disability Services at disability.services@disneyparks.com or (407) 560-2547.

I wish you and your family a magical and unforgettable Walt Disney World vacation! Please let us know if you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical first visit!
