We are traveling with elderly parent and electric scooter. Of all the visits to WDW, I never paid attention to busses. Do all have scooter access for transportation?

Yes. All the WDW buses are handicapped accessible for guests using wheelchairs or ECVs. There is also full wheelchair and ECV access to the monorail system. Your only issues using Disney transportation would be that some of the boats at WDW are not wheelchair or ECV friendly. You can get around this by using the the buses and monorails with extra transfers at the theme parks or Downtown Disney.

For additional information about navigating WDW, the guest services office at each of the theme parks (located near the entrance to each park) will have a special guide for guests with disabilities that they will give you free of charge. An additional resource that you might investigate before you leave is the PassPorter Open Mouse Guide to Walt Disney World. This book is available at most major book stores and on Amazon.com. This is the most comprehensive commercial guide to Disney World for guests with disabilities. Chapters include tips for guests with mobility issues, sight and hearing issues, diabetes, allergies, and many other special needs.
