I will be traveling on the Dream Jan 13-17 2013 and have dietary restrictions for my husband. What options are there on Castaway Cay? Do I need to make special arrangements beforehand? Should he eat onboard? Thanks!

    Ahoy Nancy!
It is wonderful to hear from you again!  When the ship pulls into Castaway Cay you will be ready to disembark as soon as possible so you can begin to enjoy Disney's little slice of Bahamian paradise!  Cookies BBQ and Cookies Too serves a delicious lunch from 11:30-2:00, and your husband should be able to eat on the island.  The night before you arrive at Castaway Cay, your dining servers will discuss with you specific instructions on how to get what he needs when your ready to eat the next day.  This will actually happen at dinner every night.  Disney Cruise Line takes dietary restrictions very seriously, and they do their best to accommodate their Guests' individual needs at each meal.
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.  Please let me know if you need further assistance!
    Have a magical day!
