Mom And Son On Run

We will be traveling to Disney World on September 20th and staying through for the weekend. I know the Incredible Expo will not be at Magic Kingdom anymore at that time. If this is still true, will the Incredibles be anywhere else for a meet and greet?

    Hi Heather,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. How wonderful that your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up in only a few more days! I just know you’re going to have a SUPER (see what I did there?) time.

You’re right that this summer was an Incredible Summer at Walt Disney World Resort. The Incredibles, Frozone, Edna Mode, and even some of the new Supers from Incredibles 2 were available to meet at the Incredible Tomorrowland Expo, and there were even themed treats for Incredibles super-fans to enjoy. Unfortunately, the Parr family had to pack up and head away on their next adventure (after all, The Underminer is still out there!), and they are not available to meet at Walt Disney World at this time.

Might I suggest visiting another set of Disney-Pixar heroes, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Jessie from the Toy Story movies? You’re definitely going to want to head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where you can shrink down to the size of a toy and enter Andy’s backyard to see the amazing new Toy Story Land. Meet Buzz, Woody, and Jessie, see the Green Army Brigade march through the land, and enjoy all the amazing Disney details.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a fantastic theme park if you want to be in the company of heroes. After all, where else can you see Indiana Jones go on an epic adventure, encounter the galactic heroes from Star Wars, meet the Toy Story crew, and sing along with a certain pair of sisters who could melt even the most frozen of hearts?

Wishing you a magical – and incredible - vacation,
    Robyn
