I will be traveling to disney world in a few weeks with my 13 year old niece. I am not a huge rider but she is on attractions such as rockin rollar coaster and tower of terror will I be able to stay in line with her until she boards the ride.

    Hi Julie,

I completely understand your situation. While I'm OK for one trip on the Rockin' Roller Coaster, my daughter likes to go on it again, and again, and again, and again (and maybe a little more after that). My old bones just aren't up for it :-)

Never fear, all the thrill rides have what we affectionately call a "chicken exit." This is an exit that's near the ride loading point. Guest who have second thoughts before boarding or who, like you, just want to wait in line with someone, can use this way out of the queue. Ask the cast member attendant at the ride where to go. I suggest that you set up a very specific meeting point with your niece that she can return to when she's done riding - some of the exits can be confusing. Better yet, give her a cell phone so that you can communicate if something unforeseen happens. For example, my daughter was once on Splash Mountain by herself when it experienced a mechanical issue. She was able to keep me posted by phone so that I didn't worry that she had gotten lost or anything.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
