Hello! We are traveling to Disney in September. I am curious about the whole building a lightsaber. We have one kiddo. Would my husband and I be able to accompanying our child if only building one saber? Thank you for your time.

    Howdy Amber!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for stopping by to ask a fabulous question about visiting Walt Disney World.   It's my pleasure to assist you today.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is so amazing.  The immersive landscape of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge places you right inside your own Star Wars adventure. Amber you are truly going to love it.   Savi's Workshop- Handbuilt Lightsabers is one way to immerse yourself in to the Star Wars story and the planet Batuu.  The covert workshop is where you can make the most precious of star wars gear, the lightsaber.  Reservations are encouraged for Savi's Workshop,  it may be possible to get a walk in slot, but if this is on your must-do list a reservation is the way to go.   For each person that builds a lightsaber one Guest may accompany them.   The 'Gatherers' who run the shop are pretty strict about this rule and the space the experience takes place in does not allow for extra people.  In order for all three of you to enter you would need to build two lightsabers.

I hope this has helped to guide you on your way to a wonderful vacation.   Please let us know how else we can be of help. It's always fun to assist a fellow Guest.

    Bright Suns,

    Jen
