Hi, we will be traveling to Disney, have concerns about the bus service. We have small children and might need assistance getting on and off the buses. I know that the buses are on a tight schedule. Is there someone that will be able to assist us?

    Hi Anne,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. When are you going?

Complimentary Resort Transportation is provided throughout the whole Walt Disney World Resort for all guests. This includes Bus, Boat or the Walt Disney World Monorail System. Simply get to the pick-up points and within minutes, your ride will be ready for you.

Although it's been a while since I've traveled with younglins, many many many families with young children constantly use the service. Although you should be ready to fold up any strollers, and hold the children by the hand, you should definitely not feel rushed or be afraid that your transportation would be delayed because of you. Remember to Please stand clear of the doors - por favor manténganse alejado de las puertas.

Now, many guests prefer to rent a stroller at the Theme Parks. Daily fees apply, but there's a length of stay discounts. Although the strollers can't leave the park, the rental is available for the whole day and therefore you can simply pick another stroller if you hop to a different Theme Park. Visit the Stroller Rentals page for more information, including information about private companies that also offer their service.

Feel free to come back with any other questions you may have. See you real soon!

    Ricardo.
