Traveling alone with 9 and 6 year old. Which rides sit 3 together in Magic Kingdom? Splash Mountain? Big Thunder Mountain Railroad? I would like to schedule rides before I get there.

    Hi Maria!

It is always a good idea to plan ahead to make the most of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Unfortunately, Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad only hold two guests per row, however, many of the rides at Magic Kingdom Park have room for an adult and two children in each row or car.  These include Haunted Mansion, "it's a small world," Jungle Cruise, Mad Tea Party, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress, and the Walt Disney World Railroad.  Prince Charming Regal Carrousel is like a normal carrousel where you can sit near each other, and Space Mountain holds three guests in each car--one behind the other.

If you are interested in any other information about any of the attractions at Magic Kingdom Park, make sure to check out the full list of attractions.  Also, to help make the most of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort, make sure to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours and FastPass+.  Don't forget to download the My Disney Experience mobile app to keep all of your plans conveniently in one place!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
