I am traveling with 2 other adults and we are flying to MCO on 3 different flights. The Magical Express only asks for 1 set of flight information. Whose flight information should I list?

    Hi Sara!

Thanks for stopping by with your question. My family was at Walt Disney World a few weeks ago and we arrived on four different flights. Like you, I wanted to be sure that no one ended up stranded at the airport.

It is important that you contact Disney's Magical Express and give them the arrival and departure information for each person in your group so they can reserve spots on the appropriate buses. The best way to do that is to call Walt Disney World at (407) 939-5277 or Disney's Magical Express directly at (407) 939-1936. If possible, get everything set up at least 2-3 weeks before you are scheduled to arrive so there is plenty of time to receive your luggage tags in the mail. You can read more about Disney's Magical Express on the Walt Disney World website. You will breathe easier knowing everything is in place so everyone will arrive safe and sound at your Walt Disney World Resort.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you with your planning. Have a magically wonderful day!
