    I want to travel solo next year and I'm already planning my budget and such, but I have a nagging feeling that I'll feel lonely during my trip. What can you guys tell me to make me feel at ease and don't chicken out? Expect more questions, love!

    I have traveled solo to Walt Disney World many times, and I have never felt lonely! There is just so much to see and do that it never seems to catch up with me!

    So here are some tips;

    Plan out some great meals.
    I personally avoid character meals when I travel alone, but there are so many other great restaurants that I never feel left out.

    Spend a lot of time at the Epcot World Showcase. I love the combination of shopping, dining on little bites from the food carts while strolling the promenade, and enjoying all the national artisans putting on shows.

    Be a kid. Go on the kiddie rides and enjoy them like you are 6 again. That way you will feel totally at ease with your environment.

    Try something new. Take up surfing lessons, spa treatments, or NASCAR driving while you are here. Make the vacation even more memorable.

    Chat up the Cast Members. The staff at Walt Disney World love meeting new people. Perhaps Pin Trading with them might make for an easy icebreaker?

    So there are a few ideas. Write me back with more questions and we can come up with more great ideas!

    Have a magical vacation!
