Hi I have some transportation ??? My family & I will be staying at Pop(4/28-5/7) and we would like to visit Fantasia Gardens mini golf & visit Chip & Dale at the FWC during our visit. Can we walk? Should we drive? How would we use buses to get

Hi there, Cynthia! I'll break your questions up into two for your convenience. 1. Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf: You have a couple of options. Grab the bus to MGM, then catch the boat to the Swan. Fantasia Gardens is across the street from the Swan. You could also take the bus from Pop Century to either Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom, and change to a Swan bus there. 2. Chip and Dale at Disney's Fort Wilderness: There is no direct access from the Pop to Ft. Wilderness. When traveling to Fort Wilderness from Pop Century, I would recommend planning on a one and a half hour or more trip each way. Just getting to a theme park, for instance, might take 30 to 45 minutes; then you'll need to get to and wait for the next form of transportation, whether another bus or a boat. Finally, you will need to negotiate the Ft. Wilderness internal bus system to get to the campfire site. So while it's definitely possible to rely solely on Disney transportation, you'll definitely want to make sure you compensate for possible crowds and delays by building in quite a bit of additional time. Walking, due to the sprawling nature of the Resort, is simply not possible; for optimal convenience, you might consider making use of the taxis that are always available, or think about renting a vehicle, if that's something you are comfortable doing. Have a great trip! See you later, celebrator, -Deborah B.
