Is there any transportation facilities available between various attractions inside the park? Or are we supposed to walk all the way ?

    Hi Lakshmy,

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question! In general, there is quite a bit of walking required when visiting the theme parks. However, there are a few other options for getting around that I wanted to tell you about.

At Magic Kingdom Park, the Walt Disney World Railroad encircles the entire park and makes stops at Main Street U.S.A., Frontierland, and Fantasyland, so that could help save you some walking if you're moving from one area of the theme park to another. At Epcot, you may enjoy a relaxing ride on a Friendship Boat across the World Showcase Lagoon to help you move around. You'll find one launch to the right of Showcase Plaza that will take to you to the Morocco Pavilion and another launch to the left of Showcase Plaza that will take you to the Germany Pavilion. You may also use these boats to return back to the front of the park after enjoying the World Showcase.

While these are both great options to give tired feet a rest, neither will help you move all around the theme parks. If you need more help than these would provide, there are wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) available to rent in all four theme parks, the Disney water parks, and Disney Springs. While any rentals need to be returned before you leave the location where you rented them, they can certainly help you get around easily while you're enjoying your visit in the parks.

If you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, please let us know! We're always happy to help! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation, Lakshmy!
