Hi Moms! How are transfers handeled between airport to resort to cruise to airport? Is there a cost for any part? Also if you book a cruise with a stay at the world can you still get the dinning plan? Thank you!

    Ahoy Anne!
A surf and turf Disney vacation sounds wonderful! If you are planning on staying on property at the Walt Disney World Resort before your cruise, a motor coach ride on Disney's Magical Express from the airport is included in your resort stay.  Resort luggage tags will arrive a few weeks before your vacation so you can place them on your bags before leaving home and bypass baggage claim.  Your luggage will be collected and delivered directly to your room a few hours later.  Disney's Magical Express is located on Level One, Side B, and there are signs to direct you.
Utilizing Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation from your Walt Disney World Resort to Disney's Cruise Line Terminal is the best way to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.  Currently, a round trip voucher per person is $70.00 which will include your ride back to the Orlando Airport after your cruise.  If your resort stay is before your sailing, you will receive a voicemail or written letter in your room the day before your cruise departure.  This information will inform you of your resort pick-up time and location as well as directions for your luggage.  Luggage is picked up earlier in the morning so it can be delivered directly to your stateroom later that afternoon.  Just like your resort luggage tags, cruise tags will be mailed to you which will need to placed on your luggage before it is picked up.  This is a wonderful service offered since it allows you to travel to the port without all your luggage in tow!  Just be sure to pack a small carry-on with your important documentation, medications, swimsuits and sunscreen (in case you want to hit the pool deck before your luggage arrives).
If you decide to add the dining plan to your reservation, your cruise and WDW stay will need to be booked separately.  Unfortunately, this is not an option at this time.
I hope this helps, Anne!  Keep me posted as you continue to plan!
