Is touring plans pretty accurate with Disney ride info in regards to wait times, fast past times, and crowd levels? Unsure about it and wanted your opinion because ya'll have all the insight. Thanks.

    Hi Jerry!

This is a great question.  I am a huge fan of the independent website TouringPlans.com and their mobile wait time application Lines.  I have tested their plans for them several times and have used Lines since it was released. Lines is very accurate, but it's predicted wait times doesn't always match the official posted wait times (that you can get from using a Disney application like Mobile Magic or My Disney Experience).  However, I think most of the time Lines' predicted wait times are actually more accurate than the official posted wait times.  Lines will also allow you to optimize a touring plan on the fly inside a park using the latest realtime information TouringPlans has.

TouringPlans' plans and the information in Lines is based on a lot of math and years of data collection.  As an engineer, I'm a huge fan of their work.  The plans and Lines can save you a lot of time with regards to waiting in lines.  I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
