Hi, I have a tough question for you. When you book a Disney Cruise and visit the planning centre, you can make a character call and I was wondering how many character calls you can make or if you can only make one call. I hope that you can answer this!!!!

    Hi, Karen!

You've come to the right place for "tough questions"...well, at least ones which relate to Disney Cruise Line!

We scheduled a character call for an upcoming cruise, and it worked like a charm. I had my youngest child answer the phone, and he grinned from ear-to-ear when he heard Mickey greeting him. Yet, I have four kids...so I tried to set up subsequent calls for them (and my husband, too) -- with no such luck. However, what I haven't tried is trying to set up the call(s) after 24 hours had passed. That may be an idea which I'll try today!

The character call is free, and a guest can choose from three characters -- Captain Mickey, Goofy and Ariel. You do have to have a reservation, and you can schedule the call for a particular date, time and phone number. You also indicate your ship and itinerary which the character acknowledges in the phone call. It's a great way to reveal an amazing secret surprise!

I hope that helps you plan...it sure sounds like you're a fun vacation planner for your family! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
